Throughout my life I have always struggled with my weight- HATED exercise and LOVED food without moderation. I definitely am an emotional eater. From the age of 7, I began gaining weight and continued until I reached 2014- 111 KG (17.5 stone) aged 25 years old. Miserable is the best word I can use to describe myself then. I qualified as a Midwife in 2014 and the vocation opened my eyes to the complications and the potential risks involved with being pregnant and morbidly obese (which I was); not only the risks to me but to my future potential pregnancy/baby. My overall health for a 25 year old wasn't great and I never thought about that before!
This was a profound moment in my life and I found my WHY for improving my health! Of course I also wanted what most people want- to look and feel sexy, I wanted to buy new clothes and not get completely stressed out over it! I wanted to look in the mirror and like what I saw!
I knew I wanted a family one day and I was reducing my chances of that happening through my lifestyle choices of eating too much and not being active. My life changed- albeit not instantly, it took some time, but my mindset began to change as did my immediate actions. With good old fashioned exercise and eating healthier foods, I lost a total of 7 stone in 5 years and I now dedicate myself to those who want to make life changing decisions and empower themselves to become healthier and happier!
As a qualified Midwife and Personal Trainer based in Aylesbury, I have specialized in Pre and Postnatal exercise and Nutrition, weight loss transformations and women's health and fitness. My main focus is mindset coaching and helping to empower you with a CAN DO attitude.

As a PT, she really has helped me look at my health + emotional wellness holistically, my relationship with food has also improved as I was a heavy binge eater. For my training, she truly listens to me and takes my bodily limitations (i.e injuries) into consideration to create a plan that is most suitable for me, and allows me to get out of my comfort zone.
